I had to email twice just to get a simple answer, which felt way more dramatic than it needed to be. They were polite when they finally replied, but the whole thing took forever, and no one really followed up. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

My first impression of ordering from bankspower was solid. The site was easy enough to use, and when the parts showed up, most of everything was correct. Shipping was decent too — not super fast, but nothing I’d complain about. One small item wasn’t the exact one I had picked, so I had to reach out to support. They did help me get it sorted, but it took a little longer than I hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just wish the order had been checked a bit more carefully before it shipped.

It still felt buggy, and every time it disconnected I had to stop what I was doing and deal with it again.

I had a decent experience browsing bankspower.com. The site was easy enough to use, and I was able to find some parts for my truck without much hassle.
The weird part is, for a brand that seems to have solid stuff, I expected there to be a lot more to choose from. A few categories felt kind of light, and some items I was hoping to compare either weren’t listed or only had one option.

Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad site at all. If they’ve got exactly what you need, you’re probably good, but I do wish they had more variety for different truck setups.

I’ve had the Banks parts on my truck for a while now, i haven’t had any issues. I’m not exactly an expert, so maybe I’m missing something, but everything feels solid to me. It’s been reliable on longer drives and while towing, and the fit seemed good when it went on. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but if it keeps holding up like this, I’d say it was worth it

The site works fine, so it’s not like there’s a big problem or anything, but the overall look feels kind of old. Some pages have a lot going on, and the colors or pictures just don’t really feel current. It’s usable, but that part could be cleaner and easier to look at.

The financing option definitely helped me out, which was nice!!! But the checkout process was a little confusing at times and I had to double-check a few things before finishing!!!

The parts showed up scratched because the box barely had any protection inside. Frustrating ngl, since it feels like better packaging could’ve easily prevented it.

Not gonna lie, the exhaust does sound good when you get on it. It has a nice deep tone without being obnoxious from the outside. The install went fine and the quality seems solid enough. That said, there’s more drone on the highway than I was expecting, especially when you’re just cruising at a steady speed. It’s not unbearable or anything, but after a while it does start to get annoying in the cabin. Overall it’s decent, but the extra noise inside keeps it from being a better setup for me

I had to do a warranty return and expected it to take a while, well, actually, it was handled way faster than I thought. The process was simple and everything got sorted quickly

I found what I needed quickly, which was nice because I didn’t feel like digging around forever. The filters actually worked fine too, and checkout was simple. Nothing weird popped up, no confusing pages, just kind of smooth all the way through. So yeah, all good.
